Description

The HMT360 Series is designed for installation directly in explosive areas, withstanding continuous exposure to flammable gases or dust. Its microprocessor-based electronics offer flexibility, allowing users to specify configurations upon ordering and make field adjustments as needed. The series features six interchangeable probes tailored for various applications, facilitating easy removal and reinstallation, which simplifies calibration and maintenance. Each probe contains its calibration coefficients, enabling interchangeability without compromising accuracy. The Vaisala HUMICAP® sensor incorporated in the HMT360 Series provides high precision, excellent long-term stability, and negligible hysteresis.

Features:

  • Measurement Parameters: Relative humidity and temperature; optional outputs include dew point temperature, mixing ratio, absolute humidity, and wet bulb temperature.
  • Operating Environment: Suitable for hazardous areas, including Division 1 and 2, Category 1G / Zone 0.
  • Intrinsic Safety: Fully intrinsically safe design for direct installation in explosive atmospheres.
  • Probe Options:
    • HMP361: Wall-mounted
    • HMP363: For confined spaces
    • HMP364: For pressurized spaces up to 100 bars
    • HMP365: For high temperatures up to 180 °C
    • HMP367: For high humidity environments
    • HMP368: For pressurized pipelines
  • Temperature Range: -40 to +180 °C (-40 to +356 °F), depending on the probe type.
  • Sensor Technology: Vaisala HUMICAP® for high accuracy and stability.
