This module is compatible with various SCANport devices, including drives and power products, allowing for centralized control and monitoring. It features DIP switches for configuration, LEDs for status indication, and supports datalinks for efficient data transfer. The module mounts on a DIN rail and connects to SCANport products via a SCANport cable and to the Remote I/O link using a Remote I/O cable. Notably, the 1203-GD1 was discontinued as of May 1, 2016, and is no longer available for sale through official channels.
