Description
The Rx-Fill efficiently counts solid dose products such as tablets and capsules. Products are poured into a hopper that regulates flow onto a two-track vibratory tray, separating and feeding them into the counting unit. Utilizing infrared technology, it accurately counts products before funneling them into containers. Its flexible operation is ideal for small batch production runs, and it offers quick changeovers with minimal contact parts. The design allows for expansion into single, twin, and quad configurations, accommodating various production needs.
