Description

The NJ8-18GK-N is a cylindrical, non-flush inductive sensor with an M18 x 1 threaded housing made of PBT/PPS materials, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It features a normally closed (NC) switching function and operates with a NAMUR output, requiring connection to an appropriate switch amplifier. The sensor has a rated operating distance of 8 mm and supports a switching frequency of up to 200 Hz. It is suitable for use in safety-related applications up to SIL 2 according to IEC 61508 standards.
