The 1756-IB16/A module provides 16 current-sinking digital input channels, each operating within a voltage range of 10 to 31.2V DC. It features input, communication status, and module health indicators for easy diagnostics. The module requires a compatible removable terminal block (RTB) or a Bulletin 1492 wiring interface module (IFM) for field-side wiring connections. Designed for flexibility, it supports both direct-connect and rack-optimized communication, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
